1. About this page
This page explains how users of Get On Powered by SHEilds can request deletion of their account and associated personal data from our Android, iOS, and web products.
2. How to request deletion
If you can still sign in, open Settings > Delete account in Get On Powered by SHEilds or visit /app/settings/delete-account on the web, then type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and submit the request. If you cannot access your account, email privacy@sheilds.app from the email address linked to your account, or include that email address in your message, and state that you want your account deleted.
3. Request timing and cancellation
Deletion requests are scheduled for 30 days after submission. A cancellation link is sent by email, and the request can be cancelled during the first 14 days after it is created.
4. Data that is deleted
When a deletion request is completed, we remove the account's active sign-in access, profile data, saved preferences, and learning records tied to that account from active product use.
5. Data that may be retained
We may retain limited audit, certificate verification, payment, security, and fraud-prevention records where required by law, needed for compliance, or required to protect the service and resolve disputes.
